Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Maintain and update customer database and call records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested leads and nurture relationships.
