About Us:Power Hydrotech Pvt.Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of hydraulic balers and heavy-duty shredder machines, as well as turnkey projects in India. Our baler and shredder machines are highly sought after for their high performance and low maintenance. Established in 2019 by Mr. Mukesh Dana and Mrs. Deepmala Makwana, we aim to create value from waste and have become a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of baling and shredding machines.
Job Purpose:At Power Hydrotech Pvt.Ltd. we are looking to build a team of Sales Executives who can create an environment where empathy and intelligence guide customer interactions. Ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying and networking with potential customers, building genuine relationships, and guiding them toward solutions that address their needs. Candidates should have expert communication skills, be able to generate leads, increase customer engagement, and achieve sales targets.
- Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers by providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Inquiry Conversion: Convert inquiries into orders in a positive and professional manner.
- Client Support: Resolve client complaints regarding sales and service, and prepare sales quotations for approval by the Sales Head.
- Event Assistance: Assist with company events such as workshops, seminars, training, and exhibitions.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via cold calls and emails.
- Presentations: Present the company and its products to potential clients.
- Sales Reporting: Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to the Senior Manager.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with new products, services, pricing, and payment plans.
- CRM Software Usage: Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Sales Strategy Adjustment: Adjust sales strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges in the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Client Relationship: Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and developing long-term relationships.
- Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

- Educational Requirements:Graduation is mandatory.

- Experience:Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Age Requirement:25 to 45 years.
- Salary and Benefits:Monthly Net Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 + Exclusive Incentives.
- Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Provident Fund (PF): No.
- Travel Requirement:Willing to travel for seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Gender Preference:Female candidates only.
