📢 WE ARE HIRING – Telesales Executive

Apex Engineering Projects is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful sales through effective telephonic conversations.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads

Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally

Convert leads into confirmed sales

Maintain and update customer information in CRM/system

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management

Maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business

Prepare daily call reports and performance updates

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling)

Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Customer Support preferred

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
