Telesales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team and help us grow our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer questions, and close sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or following up on warm leads.
• Product Knowledge: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
• Lead Management: Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
• Customer Support: Address customer grievances and provide professional after-sales support to build long-term relationships.
• RequirementsProven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
• Proficiency in English and [Local Language, if applicable].
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
