Job Title: Sales Consultant (Australian Solar Campaign)

Company: Adctrogen IT (servicing client: Nexa Power, Australia)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Isquare Corporate Park, Sola) | On-site

Schedule: Early Morning Shift aligned to Australia | Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: ₹2.20–5.00 LPA + uncapped incentives + bonuses

nationwide Australian solar provider designing, supplying, and installing high‐quality,

technically advanced rooftop solar and battery solutions. The joint mission is to help

Australian homes and businesses adopt clean, reliable, and cost‐effective energy.

Role summary:

The Sales Consultant will qualify inbound leads, understand customer energy needs,

prepare tailored proposals, and guide customers through the solar purchase

journey—without cold calling. The role requires excellent communication, structured

follow‐through, and consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

● Customer discovery: Assess customer needs, property suitability, bills, usage

patterns, and goals; record details accurately in CRM.

● Sales planning: Prioritise pipeline, forecast revenue, and execute daily activity

plans to meet targets.

● Solution pitching: Present Nexa Power’s solar and battery options, explain

warranties, rebates/incentives, finance options, and ROI in clear terms.

● Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes and proposal packs; coordinate any design or

pricing refinements with internal teams.

● Deposits and closures: Secure confirmations/deposits in line with policy and

handle documentation end‐to‐end.

● Objection handling: Address technical, commercial, and process queries

confidently and professionally.

● Follow‐ups: Maintain timely, value‐driven follow‐ups via call, email, and

WhatsApp to progress opportunities.

● Relationship management: Build rapport with prospects and customers;

ensure a smooth handover to operations/installation.

● Targets and reporting: Achieve monthly sales KPIs; maintain up‐to‐date

CRM notes, stage movement, and conversion reports.


● Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ethical selling standards, and

Australian market guidelines.

Required skills and attributes:

● English proficiency: Clear spoken and written communication is mandatory.

● Early morning availability: Comfortable working Australian time zones.

● Tech comfort: Basic computer skills; CRM hygiene and disciplined

documentation.

● Sales drive: Energetic, self‐motivated, resilient, and target‐oriented with a

growth mindset.

● Problem solving: Creative, consultative approach to match customer needs with

solutions.

● Independence: Ability to manage workload, priorities, and deadlines with

minimal supervision.

Qualifications and experience:

● 1+ years’ experience in BPO/inside sales/appointment setting; international

process preferred.

● Solar industry experience is a strong plus; internships in solar or experience in

BPO/KPO/RPO for international markets are advantageous.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

Relevant sales/field certifications will be prioritised.
