Job Description

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and energetic Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, generating appointments, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and follow-ups. Prior experience in real estate telecalling or outbound sales is preferred.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, online portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and other USP points to potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and project suitability.
  • Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure confirmations.
  • Maintain a high level of call productivity and daily follow-up targets.
  • Update lead details, conversation notes, and status in CRM software regularly.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team regarding hot leads and site visit outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Follow up consistently with interested clients to close appointments and support conversions.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead qualification and appointment-setting targets.
  • RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or outbound sales; real estate experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present project offerings effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance targets.
  • Preferred AttributesPleasant voice and confident phone presence.
  • Strong follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
