Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Research and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Mentoring and Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and support to junior telesales executives.
  • Lead by example and foster a positive and productive team environment.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Telesales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of telesales techniques and principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
