Telesales Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.

Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, portals, and advertisements.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly.

Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Follow up regularly with interested clients.

Maintain proper data records in CRM / Excel.

Coordinate with sales managers for visit updates and closures.

Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate market.

Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software).
