Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain a high conversion rate of leads into customers.
- Customer Engagement and Communication:
- Communicate with customers in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to address their queries and provide solutions.
- Use strong convincing skills to promote the company's solar products and services effectively.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct research to identify potential customer needs and market opportunities in the B2C sector.
- Provide insights into customer behaviour and feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or other reporting tools.
- Prepare periodic reports to track progress toward sales targets.
