Role Overview

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive who can handle inbound/outbound calls, pitch our products/services, and close deals directly over the phone. The candidate must be confident, persuasive, and target-driven with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities -

Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries.

• Pitch products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable solution.
• Conduct online demos/consultation calls if required.
• Close sales deals on call and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate call and sales records.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams for lead quality improvement.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in tele-sales / inside sales / call-center sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English (Gujarati preferred for Ahmedabad).
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Self-motivated and disciplined individual
• salary package- 12,000 – ₹25,000+10000 (fixed+ incentive salary) depending on experience
