Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales through phone calls by promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries

Explain products/services clearly and professionally

Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Maintain and update customer details in CRM systems

Follow up on leads and existing customers

Handle objections and close sales effectively

Adhere to company sales processes and scripts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10+2 / Graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Good communication skills in English / Hindi / regional language

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

Self-motivated and result-driven attitude

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or call center sales

Experience in insurance, banking, real estate, education, or e-commerce

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
