Telesales Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Back Office Support:

Assist in daily administrative work and office coordination.

Data Entry & Excel Work:

Maintain records in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reports).

Update customer and lead data properly.

IndiaMART Handling (Training Provided):

Respond to inquiries, share quotations, and maintain follow-up records.

Quotation & Documentation:

Prepare basic quotations, invoices, and maintain proper files and records.

Client Follow-up:

Coordinate with customers for inquiry updates and order follow-ups.

Email & Communication:

Draft basic emails and maintain professional communication with clients.
