Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telecaller & Sales Closer Location: Ahmedabad | Full-Time | On-site | Immediate Joining

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, result-driven Telecaller who can handle the complete sales cycle — from cold calling and lead generation to pitching and closing deals. You will be the first and last touchpoint with every prospect.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and generate qualified leads
• Pitch our products/services clearly and handle objections on the call
• Follow up with warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
• Own the full sales cycle — from first dial to final closure
• Maintain daily call logs and update lead tracker / CRM
• Hit monthly targets for calls made, meetings booked, and revenue closed
• Coordinate with the internal team after sale for smooth handover

Languages Required

• Gujarati — Fluent (Primary)
• Hindi — Fluent
• English — Conversational

What We're Looking For

• Strong, confident phone presence
• Proven ability to close deals, not just generate leads
• Comfortable making 250-300 calls per day
• Self-motivated with no need for constant supervision
• Knows when to push and when to listen
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telesales is preferred

Compensation

• Fixed salary based on experience
• Uncapped performance incentive / commission
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
