Telesales Executive

A Telesales Executive drives company revenue by selling products or services directly to customers over the phone through inbound or outbound calls. Key duties include generating leads, cold calling, pitching, negotiating, and closing sales while meeting targets. They must possess strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills to manage customer relationships and handle objections effectively. 

Core Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Sales: Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers and handle incoming queries to promote products or services.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas.
• Lead Management: Generate, follow up on, and qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Record, update, and maintain detailed customer information and interaction logs in database systems.
• Product Knowledge & Upselling: Utilize deep product knowledge to recommend solutions, overcome objections, and cross-sell/up-sell.
• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and purchases.
