🎯 Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our market presence, generate new business, and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and industrial clients.

• 🛠 Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through field visits, exhibitions, references, and industrial areas.
• Visit OEMs, machine manufacturers, and automation companies.
• Present company products (CNC spindles, tool holders, servo motors, LM guideways, etc.).
• Handle complete sales cycle: Lead → Inquiry → Quotation → Follow-up → Order Closure.
• Coordinate with internal sales and accounts team.
• Maintain daily visit reports in ERP/CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor updates.
• Follow up for payment collections.
• 📊 Requirements:Experience: 2–5 years in Industrial / B2B Sales
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of ERP & MGrowth Opportunity in Technical Industrial Sector

🎯 Role Overview:We are looking for a confident and organized Inside Sales Executive to manage leads, follow up with customers, support field sales team, and ensure smooth order processing.

• 🛠 Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads from website, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Send quotations and follow up regularly.
• Coordinate with field sales executives.
• Update lead status in ERP/CRM.
• Maintain customer database.
• Assist in preparing sales reports.
• Support in digital marketing follow-ups (WhatsApp, email campaigns).
• 📊 Requirements:Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support
• Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Gujarati preferred)
