Position: Tele-Calling Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
• Handle Indiamart leads, inquiries, chats, and follow-upsprofessionally.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers using provided data/leads.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, accounts, sales,operations) for smooth order execution.
• Maintain and manage calling data, lead status, and sales records accurately.
• Update CRM / Indiamart dashboard / internal trackerson a daily basis.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead sheets, and follow-up trackers in MS Excel.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions and close deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Skills Required
• Excellent tele-calling and communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, lead tracking, basic formulas, reporting).
• Experience in handling the Indiamart Lead Management System.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
• Strong follow-up skills with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage large calling databases with accuracy and discipline.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional work ethics.
Qualifications
• Graduate preferred with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in Tele-sales, BPO, Packaging Industry, Indiamart lead handling, or Customer Support will be considered an added advantage.
