About the Role: We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Tele Sense Educator who can educate customers about our IT services, guide them through product usage, and provide support through telephonic communication. • Key Responsibilities Contact customers and explain IT services, digital tools, and product features clearly.
• Educate clients on how to use the company’s IT services effectively.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable guidance or solutions.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Follow communication scripts, training modules, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the technical team for service-based support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality communication.
