Telesales Manager

We're looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, building strong relationships, and taking orders for our food product range.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate sales and take orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships over the phone
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable food products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat orders

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an FMCG company (preferably in food products)
• Strong knowledge of food products and the food industry
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong grasping power
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Must be available to work during UK hours from Ahmedabad office
