Job Summary
The Telesales Manager will lead and manage the telesales team to drive revenue growth for Ayurvedic and herbal healthcare products. The role involves developing sales strategies, training team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting natural wellness solutions.
- Key Responsibilities : Lead, supervise, and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement telesales strategies to promote Ayurvedic products such as herbal supplements, immunity boosters, skincare, and wellness products.
- Monitor daily sales calls, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Train team members on product knowledge, especially Ayurveda principles and benefits.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and handle escalated customer concerns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead generation.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare performance reviews.
- Maintain customer database and ensure proper follow-ups.
