• Role Overview: The Telesales Representative is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to sell products, services, or set up appointments. The goal is to reach or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to customer acquisition.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Cold-calling potential customers to sell services or products, and answering incoming calls to convert inquiries.
• Sales Pitching: Utilizing company-provided scripts to deliver compelling product benefits, ask questions, and engage customers.
• Lead Generation/Qualification: Identifying and researching new prospects and qualifying them based on their needs.
• Closing Deals: Negotiating with customers to close sales and secure orders.
• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, customer information, and sales interactions within the database.
• Product Knowledge: Maintaining detailed knowledge of company products to address queries and overcome objections.
• Follow-Up: Following up with leads and managing the sales pipeline to ensure timely conversion.
