Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Executive to join our dynamic Procurement team. You will be responsible for managing electrical low voltage and IT peripherals tenders from start to finish, ensuring we secure the best deals for the company while adhering to strict deadlines and compliance regulations.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and analyze tender opportunities for electrical low voltage and IT peripherals equipment and services.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria.
  • Issue tenders to pre-qualified vendors and manage the tendering process efficiently.
  • Conduct vendor meetings and presentations to clarify requirements and obtain competitive bids.
  • Evaluate tenders based on technical merit, price, and other relevant factors.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Prepare tender award recommendations and present them to senior management for approval.
  • Assist with contract finalization and ensure on-time delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tender activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tendering and procurement, preferably in the electrical or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical low voltage and IT peripherals equipment and services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and secure the best deals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant tendering software.
