Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management: Identifying opportunities on portals like GeM, nProcure, and others, and managing the entire bidding process.
  • Proposal Preparation: Compiling detailed and accurate tender documents, questionnaires, and pre-qualification documents.
  • Coordination: Liaising with different departments (technical, sales, etc.) and clients.
  • Client/Partner Relations: Following up on submissions, building relationships with institutional clients, and attending pre-bid meetings.
  • Documentation: Maintaining records, tracking submission deadlines, and managing tender results.
