Job Description – Tender - Bid Executive

Location - Ahmedabad

GeM and e-Procurement portals

Analyze tender documents and evaluate requirements

Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation

Maintain tender records and submission timelines

Ensure compliance with legal and company standards

Communicate with clients for clarifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in tendering and Biding or documentation

Strong MS Office and communication skills
