Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online and offline tendering processes end-to-end
• Handle GeM portal operations including tender setup, participation, and submission
• Perform rate analysis, estimation, and billing verification
• Review and interpret tender documents and specifications thoroughly
• Identify deviations (if any) and prepare documents for pre-bid meetings/representations
• Ensure accurate product selection aligned with tender/GeM specifications
• Prepare technical compliance statements to minimize future risks
• Analyze win/loss trends and generate MIS reports for government tenders
• Support management in developing winning bid strategies
• Assist pan-India teams in lead conversion via GeM portal
• Manage Bank Guarantees (BG), Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and track outstanding recoveries
• Ensure accurate and timely tender application submissions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of government tendering processes and GeM portal
• Experience in rate analysis, estimation, and documentation
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and compliance requirements
• Good analytical and reporting skills (MIS, win/loss analysis)
• Knowledge of BG, EMD, and contract documentation
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
