Tender Executive

We are looking for a Tender Executive who will manage the end-to-end tendering process for our Chartered Accountant firm. The role involves identifying relevant opportunities, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, and executing successful bid submissions across government and institutional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification & Tracking

Regularly monitor portals like GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, state portals, and other tender platforms

Identify relevant tenders aligned with the firm’s service offerings (Audit, Taxation, Advisory, etc.)

Maintain a tender pipeline tracker with deadlines and status

2. Eligibility Analysis

Review tender documents in detail

Analyze technical & financial eligibility criteria

Highlight key qualification requirements and risks

Coordinate internally to assess feasibility

3. Documentation & Bid Preparation

Prepare and compile all required documents:

Technical proposals

Financial bids

Compliance documents

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines

Maintain a standard document repository for reuse

4. Bid Submission

Execute online submissions via GeM / other portals

Handle physical submission wherever required

Ensure compliance with submission formats, EMD, and deadlines

5. Pre & Post Tender Coordination

Attend pre-bid meetings (online/offline)

Raise queries and track clarifications

Coordinate with departments for follow-ups and updates

6. Client Acquisition Support

Support in acquiring professional assignments through tenders

Work closely with partners to convert bids into engagements

Maintain communication with government departments
