About the Role

The Trainee Engineer will support digital marketing activities, client coordination, and back office activities across Trainings, Services, Products, and Projects for Pharma & Biopharma clients. This is a blended Technical + Sales + Digital Marketing exposure role ideal for fresh engineering graduates. 

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating to clients and arranging the meetings for Sales/BD teams
• Assist in presenting technical capabilities to clients.
• Support sales team with tele-calling, follow-ups, and client documentation.
• Prepare PPT presentations & technical materials.
• Participate in client visits and support material delivery.
• Contribute to webinars/workshops—coordination, attendance, follow-up, certificates.
• Help manage social media accounts, email marketing & digital analytics.
• Support internal teams in handling online courses, client responses & technical queries.
• Preparing the particles from 50 Micron to 5000 Micron based on customer requirements.
•  Preparing the knapp kits based on customer requirement.
• Operate 3D microscope to generate the particle report.
• Operate vial filling, stoppering and sealing to prepare the VI kits.

• Generate the Reports for Visual inspection knapp kit.
• Able to visualize the particles from 50 micron to 5000 micron.
• Able to seed the particles from 50 micron to 5000 micron.
• Able to generate defect kit with black particles, white particles, fiber particles, metal particles, hair particles etc
• Able to generate cosmetic defect kit – high/low volume, cracked vials, molding defect, wrong seal/rubber stopper etc.
• Able to communicate with clients in English.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of pharma industry operations (preferred).
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Eager to learn, proactive & hardworking.
• Interest in technical + commercial career path.
