📝 Detailed Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing & Assembly:

• Perform complete transformer assembly.
• Ensure proper fitting of Core and Coil components.
• Checking and installation of insulation materials.
• Assembly work for transformer tanks and accessories.

Rewinding & Repair:

• Perform rewinding of faulty transformers.
• Execute coil winding manually and using machines.
• Identify and replace damaged parts.

●    Testing & Diagnosis:

• Conduct complete transformer testing (Insulation test, Voltage test, etc.).
• Diagnose problems and provide effective solutions.
• Troubleshooting electrical faults.
• Maintain detailed test reports.

III. Required Skills (Technical & Domain)

●    Complete knowledge of Transformer Winding Techniques.

●    Ability to read Electrical Circuits and Diagrams.

●    Proficiency in using Testing Equipment (Megger, Multimeter, etc.).

●    Proper handling of hand tools and power tools.

●    Working knowledge of Oil-cooled and Dry-type transformers.

●    Adherence to Safety Protocols and Precautions.

✅ Eligibility Criteria●    Education: ITI (Electrician/Wireman/Electronics)

●    Experience: Minimum 2 years in transformer manufacturing/service

●    Age: 21 - 50 years

●    Location: Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad
