• Key Responsibilities:Handle domestic and international flight bookings through various portals.
• Manage train, bus, and hotel reservations as per client requirements.
• Design and customize travel itineraries and holiday packages based on client preferences.
• Maintain communication with airlines, hotels, and vendors for best rates and offers.
• Ensure smooth coordination for travel documents, vouchers, and invoices.
• Handle client queries related to travel schedules, pricing, and packages.
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow up for payments and confirmations.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any field (Preference for candidates from travel/tourism background).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel booking (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
• Strong knowledge of flight booking portals (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online travel portals.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
