Job Description
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Understand client travel preferences, budgets, and expectations to design personalized travel experiences.
- Provide accurate information regarding visas, travel insurance, and travel regulations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while generating new business leads.
- Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and suppliers to secure bookings and resolve issues.
- Process payments and ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
