Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media & walk-ins
- Sell domestic & international holiday packages
- Customize tour packages as per customer needs
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, transport & vendors
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and booking records
Required Skills:
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Knowledge of CRM / Excel is a plus
Experience:
- MIin 1 year experience
- Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory
