Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Sales Consultant (Fresher) who is passionate about travel and eager to build a career in the travel industry. The candidate will be trained to handle travel inquiries, assist in selling tour packages, and support customers throughout their travel journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable packages
• Assist in selling domestic and international tour packages
• Prepare quotations and itineraries under guidance
• Follow up with leads and support the sales conversion process
• Coordinate with operations team, suppliers, and partners
• Assist clients with basic visa and travel documentation information
• Maintain customer records and booking details
• Provide excellent customer service before and after travel

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
• Strong interest in travel and tourism
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and travel products
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-friendly approach
