Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on destinations, travel options, and packages.
• Plan and book flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
• Guide clients on visa, insurance, and travel documentation.
• Provide quotations and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and emergencies.
• Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and supplier deals.
• Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and payments.
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism/Hospitality (preferred).
• Experience in travel consulting or customer service.
• Knowledge of International and domestic Air Ticketing
• Knowledge of International Tour Packages.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.
