Travel Executive

Job Title: Travel Consultant (Female Candidates Only)Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Travel Consultant to assist customers with travel planning and bookings. Freshers can apply, but candidates with prior experience will be preferred. The role involves handling customer inquiries, booking travel services, and providing excellent support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel packages, flight, hotel, and tour bookings
• Provide information about destinations, visas, and travel requirements
• Handle customer queries through phone, email, and in person
• Prepare travel itineraries as per customer needs
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
• Process payments and maintain booking records
• Follow up with clients before and after travel
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Sales and convincing skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of travel industry (preferred)

Experience & Education:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in travel/tourism industry will be an added advantage
