Job Description
1. Selling and Booking Travel: Ability to convince the customer to travel with TBG. Assisting customers in making travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and car rentals.
2. Customizing Itineraries: Creating personalized travel plans based on client preferences and budgets.
3. Providing Expert Advice: Offering recommendations on destinations, cultures, and travel experiences.
4. Building Relationships: Maintaining relationships with travel vendors and clients.
5. Handling Queries and Issues: Addressing customer questions, concerns, and resolving any travel-related issues.
5. Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to overall business growth.
6. Keeping Updated: Staying informed about the latest travel industry trends and news.
7. Promoting Travel Services: Educating clients about various travel services, seasonal offers, and customized travel solutions.
Should also have knowledge of South East Asian countries & European countries.
