About the Internship

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

This internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on, real-world exposure to UI/UX design for live products, websites, and media platforms—primarily for US-based audiences.

You will work closely with content, growth, and development teams to design interfaces that balance user needs, business goals, and usability best practices. This is a learning-focused internship aimed at helping you build practical skills.

Internship Details

–> Internship Duration: 6 Months (Full Time)

–> Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

–> Working Days: Monday to Friday

–> Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST (8.5 hours/day)

–> Weekends: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

–> Mode: On-site (Not Remote / Not WFH)

–> Internship Certificate: Provided upon successful completion of the full 6-month internship

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be trained and involved in the following areas:

User Interface (UI) Design

• Design clean, consistent, and visually appealing interfaces for web and digital products
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Follow brand guidelines, design systems, and usability standards

User Experience (UX) Design

• Understand user behavior, user journeys, and pain points
• Assist in creating user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
• Improve usability, clarity, and accessibility of existing designs

Research & Design Thinking

• Assist in basic user research and competitor analysis
• Translate requirements into user-centric design solutions
• Apply design thinking principles to solve real product problems

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility
• Coordinate with content and growth teams for layout and visual consistency
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently

Tools & Design Systems

• Work with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Learn how design systems and reusable components are built and maintained

Skills & Qualifications

–> Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals

–> Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

–> Good visual sense for layout, typography, spacing, and color

–> Ability to explain design decisions clearly

–> Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

–> Background in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory)

–> Freshers, design students, and final-year students are welcome to apply

Candidates whose assignment meets or exceeds our baseline expectations and required fundamentals will receive an offer, and we can get started.
