Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments for both men and women.
- Stay updated with latest trends in haircuts, coloring techniques, and hair care.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs, preferences, and hair type.
- Recommend suitable styles, treatments, and home-care products.
- Perform hair spa, keratin, smoothening, straightening, and other technical services.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization of workstations and tools.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon team members.
- Upsell salon services and products where appropriate.
- Follow salon SOPs, timing, and grooming standards.
- Requirements:Proven experience as a Unisex Hair Stylist or Hair Dresser.
- Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments for both genders.
- Knowledge of latest hair trends, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and under pressure.
- Certification from a recognized hair academy preferred.
