Job Title: Unit Manager – Field Sales Agency

Key Responsibilities;

1. Train and recruit agents of life insurance
2. Acquire new customers through direct field prospecting and meetings through agents network
3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the assigned unit
4. Unsell and cross sell existing customers
5. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to company processes
