Job Title: Recruitment Specialist -Canada/ USA

Location: Onsite -Ahmedabad, Money Plant High Street, Jagatpur Road, Gota. 

Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM-3:00 AM)

Duration: Full-time/Permanent

Freshers are also welcome. International Recruitment experience would be an asset.

You will play an important part in building a strong Brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees for our clients

The ideal candidate will be highly driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be a self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.

Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-pace environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing the candidates from various sources like job portals, Database, references etc.

Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements

Foster long-term relation with candidates using Rapport building skills

Willing to work on tight deadlines.

Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.

Ready to perform in a target based environment

Required Qualification:

A minimum Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, the combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Must have 0-3 years of experience in International calling or recruitment

Must reside in Ahmedabad

Must have stability, long-term goals and desire to learn and grow along with the company.
