Video Content Editor

Wellspring IVF & Women’s Hospital is looking for a full-time Video Editor with Digital Marketing skills who can create high-quality educational videos, Meta ad creatives, and reels for our social media platforms. The candidate must also have basic proficiency in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

🎥 Video Editing (Primary Role)

• Edit high-quality educational videos for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and Meta ad creatives.
• Add subtitles, transitions, smooth cuts, color correction, and sound improvements.
• Manage regular posting and scheduling on social media platforms.
• Create thumbnails and simple graphics when required.

📱 Social Media Management

• Upload and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms.
• Maintain consistent posting schedule and ensure brand style.
• Basic understanding of analytics to monitor performance.

📈 Digital Marketing (Secondary Role)

• Create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Optimize ongoing campaigns to improve leads and reduce cost per lead.
• Coordinate with the team for new ad creative requirements.
• Track and report ad performance regularly.

Required Skills

• Premium-level video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, VN, or similar).
• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts trends.
• Ability to create fast, clean, and professional edits.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong interest in healthcare, fertility, or educational content is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
