Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Editing: Edit long-form and short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Motion Graphics: Create engaging titles, lower thirds, and basic animations using After Effects.
• Color Grading: Perform professional color correction and grading to ensure a high-quality, cinematic look across all projects.
• Visual Storytelling: Arrange raw footage into a cohesive story that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Audio Syncing: Select and edit background music and sound effects to enhance the narrative and energy of the video.
• Revision Management: Incorporate feedback from the creative team and clients to finalize projects under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional video editing experience (freelance or agency).
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Narrative Focus: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to tell a story (not just "cut clips together").
• Technical Detail: Solid understanding of frame rates, aspect ratios, and export settings for various platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• Organization: Ability to manage large amounts of raw footage and keep project files organized.
