Role Overview

We are seeking a multi-skilled Video Editor with hands-on experience in camera handling, video editing, content creation, and motion design. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of real estate products, marketing narratives, and branding strategy, along with experience in corporate shoots and PR content. If you understand the technical side of storytelling—from shooting to editing to music to CGI—you’re who we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities

•  Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for property showcases, walkthroughs, project updates, and marketing campaigns.
•  Create engaging content that communicates project USPs and brand messaging effectively.
•  Work closely with the marketing and branding team to develop content strategies aligned with campaign goals.
•  Utilize CGI, animation, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and presentation.
•  Choose appropriate music, voiceovers, and sound design to elevate video quality.
•  Handle post-production including color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and export optimization.
•  Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and project timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

•  Proven experience with camera operations (DSLRs, gimbals, drones, etc.) and professional lighting setups.
•  Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
•  Working knowledge of CGI and design tools: Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
•  Experience in corporate shoots, marketing videos, PR campaigns, and branded content creation.
•  Strong grasp of music, transitions, pacing, and emotional tone in visual storytelling.
•  Ability to understand architectural layouts, real estate terminology, and product positioning.
•  Excellent organizational and project management skills.
•  Edit and produce engaging videos for property listings, project launches, walkthroughs, and promotional campaigns.
•  Collaborate with the marketing and design team to develop video content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
•  Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and sound to enhance video quality.
•  Manage video assets and maintain an organized archive of past projects.
•  Optimize videos for web, mobile, and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
•  Stay up-to-date with trends in real estate marketing and video content creation.
