Job Description: 

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic designer cum video editor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will handle graphic design, video editing, coordination, and management tasks.
• We need someone talented to enhance our digital presence and breathe life into our brand.
• Your role will involve designing graphics for our website, logo, brochure, social media creatives, Ad copy, and online advertising material.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling assets for digital campaigns.

2. Design graphics for various digital channels, including website, logo, brochure, social media creatives, Ad copy, and online advertising material.

3. Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity and translate their vision into captivating designs.

4. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

5. Ensure consistency in design language and brand identity across all marketing channels.

6. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach.

7. Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.

8. Stay informed about relevant industry news, events, and conversations to participate in and leverage for brand visibility and engagement

9. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the social media landscape.

10. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.

Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated track record as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across digital channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Pr, Ae and other relevant design software. Familiarity with emerging design tools and technologies is a plus.

• Exceptional creativity and artistic ability, with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, typography, and branding.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing and receiving constructive feedback to achieve collective goals.

• Creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges and finding innovative solutions.
