As a Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity to connect with the bank’s high-value customers and provide comprehensive banking solutions. Opportunity to connect with existing customers of the bank to provide them support on products or other requirements. Your role involves fostering and deepening customer relationships by offering tailored, fair, and effective financial solutions that align with their evolving needs. Through exceptional service as a single point of contact, you will play a key role in positioning Jana Bank as the preferred choice for customers.

·        Engage with customers throughout their journey and provide tailored products and services that align with their financial requirements.

·        Foster strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring portfolio quality is maintained.

·        Evaluate customer needs, market trends, and potential collaborations to deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions.

·        Develop a sales pipeline for short, medium, and long-term growth based on market opportunities.

·        Oversee clients' investment portfolios to ensure long-term financial growth and stability.

·        Keep customers informed about their portfolio performance and ongoing activities.

Salary Range – 3 – 6 LPA
