Job Description
- Client counseling: Provide expert advice and guidance on visa options, requirements, and procedures for various countries and visa types, such as study, work, or visitor visas.
- Application management: Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date on the latest immigration laws and policies for multiple countries to ensure clients meet all requirements.
- Liaison and support: Act as a liaison between clients and consulates, coordinate with embassies, and assist clients with interview preparation.
- Client communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and maintain confidentiality and detailed records.
- Record keeping: Track the status of applications and follow up with clients and relevant agencies as needed.
