Job Description:

Riseup Overseas Private Limited, a leading overseas education consultancy based in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat, is seeking a dedicated and experienced female Senior Study Visa Counsellor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding female students through the exciting journey of pursuing education abroad. Your expertise in visa regulations and your empathetic counselling approach will be key to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counselling to female students on various study abroad destinations, educational institutions, and programs.
• Assess student profiles and academic backgrounds to recommend the most suitable study options.
• Guide female students through the entire visa application process for various countries, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
• Prepare, review, and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest visa rules, policies, and procedures of different countries.
• Liaise effectively with educational institutions, visa authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
• Contribute to achieving team targets related to student recruitment and visa success.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a study visa counsellor.
• In-depth knowledge of the visa application processes for popular study destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
