Job Title: HR Admin - Immigration

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Admin - Immigration to oversee the end-to-end immigration process for our agency. The successful candidate will manage and support visa and immigration processes for Clients, ensure compliance with immigration laws, and provide expert guidance on immigration-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the entire immigration process for clients, including visa applications, renewals, and documentation

- Prepare and review immigration documents and petitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Liaise with legal advisors and government agencies on immigration matters

- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates

- Provide support and guidance to employees on immigration-related issues

- Maintain accurate records of employees' visa statuses and work authorizations

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely processing of immigration cases

Requirements:

- Immigration Business Administration, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably with a focus on immigration

- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
