• 1. Visa Operations & Client Handling (Core Responsibilities)Documentation Management: Assist in collecting, verifying, and organizing documents for Student Visas, Visitor Visas, and Business Visas (US, UK, Canada, Europe).
• Case Filing: Learn to fill out online visa application forms (DS-160, portal entries) with 100% accuracy.
• Appointment Coordination: Managing VFS and Embassy appointment slots for clients.
• Client Counseling: Explain visa checklists and "Go/No-Go" audit points to walk-in clients and inquiries under the founder's guidance.
• Relationship Management: Keep clients updated on their application status via professional calls and emails.

• 2. Digital Marketing & Content CreationContent Production: Shoot and edit educational Instagram Reels explaining new visa rules, success stories, and travel tips.
• Community Growth: Manage the "Top Notion" digital presence on LinkedIn and Instagram to generate fresh leads.
• Brand Awareness: Create simple yet high-impact graphics/posts using tools like Canva or VN Editor.

• 3. Specific RequirementsCommunication: Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (Must be able to explain complex visa terms simply).
• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler for local coordination with VFS, courier services, or client visits.
• Commitment: Mandatory 1-year service commitment. We provide extensive training in the visa industry; we expect long-term dedication in return.
• Editing Skills: Basic knowledge of mobile video editing (CapCut/VN) is a must.
• Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹14,000 per month (Fixed).
