VMC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC machines
• Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Perform basic programming or editing (G-code knowledge preferred)
• Monitor machining process and adjust offsets if required
• Measure finished components using tools like vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow safety and production guidelines

Required Skills :

• Understanding of G-code & M-code
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of cutting tools and materials
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills

Experience:·        

• Minimum 6 Months as a VMC Operator (preferred)

Working Conditions:·  

• Manufacturing / machine shop environment
• May require shift work
