Job Description
- Operate CNC machines such as Turning, Milling, VMC
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions
- Assist in machine setup including tool setting, job setting, and offsets
- Monitor machine operations during production to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Maintain daily production and inspection records
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
