Job Description
- This will be 12 hour Shift from 8Am to 8pm .
- Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Select and install correct cutting tools, fixtures, and machine attachments.
- Load raw materials onto the machine and monitor machining operations.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any mechanical issues.
- Interpret and follow job orders, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor tooling wear and replace tools as needed to maintain quality.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to avoid defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area according to company standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and other team members to resolve production issues.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures.
